As a car traveler, we loved the convenient parking and easy access to the hotel. The staff was amazing and accommodated our late check-out request. Beds were heavenly, rooms were clean, and the shower had full-size containers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The indoor pool was a bonus with towels and loungers provided for guests. Parents could relax in the lobby and watch their kids swim through the large glass windows.

Transportation was easily accessible, and I was able to rent a car at a good price to explore the surrounding areas.

Loved the beautiful location of the hotel in the most scenic part of Arkansas. The upgraded room was fantastic and the service was top-notch. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including make-your-own waffles. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the safety and comfort of the guests during stormy weather.

The price of the hotel was quite high compared to similar Hampton Inns. The lobby could improve on the wait time for check-in and the recognition of Hilton Honors members.
