I had a fantastic stay. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room was well-maintained each day. The pool area was peaceful and enjoyable. The hotel's location was close to everything in this city.

The location was perfect, close to everything we needed to get to and staff was helpful in giving us information about the local area. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern with great amenities. Plus, the breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of options to choose from.

The elevators were quite slow and often overcrowded, which made it challenging to move around the facility.

Very helpful staff

We arrived very late at night and the staff at Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale On Shea Blvd were extremely accommodating and welcoming. They made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff even provided us with useful information about the local area and gave recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options.

Loved the grab and go breakfast boxes, perfect for busy mornings. The pool and hot tub area were my favorite spots to relax after a long day. a great stay! Will recommend.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep, and the rooms were pleasantly quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. Additionally, the breakfast options had a daily rotation, offering a variety of choices to start the day off right. the hotel's shuttle service within a 5-6 mile radius was a fantastic perk, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area.

There were a couple of minor issues during my stay. On one occasion, I had to wait for the shuttle driver for about 30 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient.

During my xmas stay, I had a great experience at this hotel. the rooms were beautiful and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities like a coffee maker and ironing board. the location was also a key advantage, with easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a great perk, offering a variety of options like eggs, pancakes, fresh fruits, and delicious coffee.

There were a few aspects that I didn't like during my stay. the pool pump was broken, which meant that the pool was only open for one day out of my extended three-day stay.

This hotel is a great value for money. We were delighted with the service, staff, basic amenities, and room with comfortable beds. It was kept very clean, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great assortment of food items. I particularly enjoyed the added treat of smoothies and many options to choose from.

They made my stay even more enjoyable. Secondly, the rooms were spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. Also, the breakfast was outstanding with a great assortment of food items, including delicious smoothies. Lastly, the location of the hotel was excellent for getting around and exploring different areas.

My Easter stay was enjoyable overall. the breakfast buffet was satisfying and had a good selection of food. the pool was clean and well-maintained, and offered a peaceful atmosphere. the location was convenient and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment.

The elevators were slow and made me late for a scheduled appointment. the room was missing a few basic amenities, like a Bible or religious materials, which left me feeling uneasy.
