The hotel had a great location with plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool was a big hit for the kids. The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of options.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable, offering a great value for the money. the location near the mall and Starbucks was fantastic, and it was also conveniently close to the Bucknell campus for Parents Weekend.

Dislikes or Worst aspects: Unfortunately, the evening and morning staff at the front desk were rude, which was a disappointment.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The location was convenient as it was close to the event we were attending and numerous restaurants, stores, and a mall. The comfortable bed in our room was perfect for my partner and me, and the bathroom was immaculate. In the morning, the staff provided a delightful breakfast, and the 24/7 coffee was a bonus. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were clean and in good working condition.

The morning breakfast was exceptional, with cute post-it notes adding a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The bed was amazing, especially for someone with a bad back. com. They were helpful and accommodating. My daughter even left her Elmo doll behind, and the front desk staff was kind enough to offer to ship it back to us. Great customer service!
