The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, making us feel right at home after a long day of travel with two young children. The updated and clean room provided a comfortable stay. The hot breakfast buffet had a great selection, and staff consistently kept everything clean. The availability of brown bag meals and hot chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon were a nice touch.

This hotel exceeded expectations and proved to be great value for money. The location was perfect as it was close to the mall and plenty of restaurants for us to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive to detail. Our room with two queen beds was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a great addition to begin our day.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and resulted in a poor sleep experience. the noise level from the air conditioning unit and refrigerator was very disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the mall and restaurants, making it easy to access from Highway 92 and Highway 90. I recently stayed at Hampton Inn for a bowling tournament and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable despite the ongoing construction. The room was clean and comfortable, away from the noise. The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, and they loved the fresh cookies every evening. The welcome gift of snacks in the room was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.
