Staying at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Spring Hill was like a warm hug after a long day of travel! My boyfriend and I checked in during a snowstorm and were immediately greeted by the sweetest staff who made us feel at home. Our room was clean and cozy, just like your favorite blanket, and the breakfast spread was varied enough to satisfy any picky eater—think of it as a breakfast buffet at a family reunion but without the awkward cousin discussions.

Check-in was slow.

All Pros, no Cons (or vice versa)

Breakfast was fantastic with an excellent variety and the coffee was delicious. Our bed was rather comfy, and the toiletries were eco-friendly, adding a nice touch.

Check-in was somewhat slow and inconvenient. The air conditioning unit made noticeable noise throughout the night, impacting my sleep.

Check-in was painfully slow and frustrating!!! The lack of attention to housekeeping details was evident, with dirty bathrooms and unmade beds!!! Noise from nearby traffic and thin walls made it hard to relax in my room!!!

Business travelers waste of cash

Staying here for a work trip was not all bad I met some friendly housekeepers who actually smiled while getting their job done that was refreshing. The breakfast was just okay but at least it filled me up before long work hours every day
