The room was dirty upon arrival, with brown stuff on the soap holders, food remains around the microwave, and inside the drawers. The blackout shades were broken and carpet under the air conditioner was wet.

Comfort Suites provided spacious and comfortable rooms, with cozy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to find a lost necklace for one of our family members. the location was perfect, close to all the amenities we needed, and the breakfast options were great, even catering to special dietary needs like gluten-free and vegan. We especially enjoyed the clean and inviting pool area.

The location was perfect, as it was close to many stores and just a short drive from the airport. this hotel provided us with a great experience.

Our stay at Comfort Suites was fantastic! We were attending a conference nearby and the hotel's location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and a Walmart close by. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even offering gift cards and a discount on the room. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the breakfast had a nice selection of cereals, yogurt, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, and breads. The pool and workout rooms were also kept very clean. Thank you for a great experience!

Additionally, the hotel had a nice patio where we could enjoy the fresh air. The pool, although a bit cool for our liking, was a great spot for a refreshing swim. the hotel was well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay for us.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a variety of nearby restaurants and a Walmart. It was also close to Highway 75, making it easy to access. there was plenty of parking available, which was a plus.

The staff at the hotel could have been more attentive and friendly. On one occasion, I encountered a staff member who was too engrossed in a phone conversation to help me, and in the morning, there was no one available at the front desk to check us out.

The manager took immediate action to fix our shower drain and electrical outlet, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the well-organized breakfast. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions like the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. the hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, which is something we really appreciate. Additionally, the location was perfect for us. It was conveniently located near attractions and activities that allowed us to have a fun-filled weekend getaway.

One of the downsides was the limited hot food options for breakfast, although we understand it may be due to the weekday. Another inconvenience was the hotel having only one elevator.
