The Robinhood Resort was a convenient stopover during my travels, being close to the Big Bear Lake Visitor Center and Marina. the proximity to Palm Springs International Airport made it a convenient location for transit.

There was some noise disturbance on the second night, with individuals talking and using their phones in the hallway after hours, causing some disruption to our rest. This minor issue could potentially be addressed with improved door soundproofing or additional signage to remind guests to be mindful of noise levels in the corridors.

The Robinhood Resort had the perfect location in the village, allowing for easy walks to bars and restaurants. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a hair dryer, coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator, making the stay very convenient.

The housekeeping service was a major letdown. Despite multiple requests, the room was not properly tended to, and the oversight led to an unpleasant experience in an otherwise great stay.

We loved the location of this hotel, situated in a very touristy area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything in the village is within walking distance, which made it very convenient for us. The hotel offers excellent service, from housekeeping to management. They have a ski pass vendor, and rooms have amenities such as heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, which is great.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was right in the heart of downtown, close to Pine Knot Avenue Village area. Being in the town center made it so convenient to explore and enjoy all the restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were great, and I found the room to be small but comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even providing me with a mini fridge upon request. it was a good value for the money.
