They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and has great amenities. The pool and common facilities, such as the lobby and breakfast area, were excellent. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, situated between Ann Arbor and Detroit. This made it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the local amenities.

The gym facilities were perfect and the spacious room had good quality sheets and pillows.

The hotel was beautifully designed with modern decor. The gym facilities were perfect and the pool, although small, was enjoyable for the kids. The spacious room had good quality sheets and pillows, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. Plus, the breakfast offered a variety of healthy choices and treats, keeping everyone satisfied. The USB ports in the room were a lifesaver, and having cable on the TV was a nice touch. Additionally, there was plenty of parking available, which was convenient for us.

The room was smaller than expected for our family of four, and it would have been nice to have a table and balcony for added space and comfort. We were also caught off guard by the extra fees that were initially held on our account, as it affected our overdraft.
