Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We received prompt maintenance service for a sink issue. Lacked adequate lighting, but were shown potential upgrades. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Staying at Hampton Inn was a fantastic experience. the proximity to the Biltmore estate made our visit convenient. the room was spacious, clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Ainslie's restaurant recommendations were spot-on, leading us to enjoy Luella’s BBQ. the breakfast provided a great selection, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Overall, a highly recommended stay!

Door locks were a bit tricky.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be exceptionally clean, with a lovely lobby offering fresh water, coffee, tea, and cocoa. the location was convenient, close to top-notch restaurants in the Biltmore village. Additionally, the breakfast options were satisfying, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway and were pleased with everything! the staff was extremely friendly, and the room was very comfortable and clean. the walk-in shower was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the fabulous breakfast with plenty of healthy choices. The 24-hour coffee/tea service was a great perk, and having TGIFriday’s nearby for delicious food was convenient. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Great location near Biltmore Village, easy access to explore Asheville. the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, providing a good start to the day.

Disappointing lack of mask adherence by front desk staff, leaving vulnerable guests at risk during breakfast. Maintenance issues like a malfunctioning room door and delayed hot water were frustrating.

Always return for holiday. First stay, staff helped with printing docs. Perfect place with Internet, free parking, 24/7 reception, lounge, gym. Swift check-in. No pets, smoking. Variety for kids. Great for me.
