We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We had a smooth parking experience, and the location, although slightly away from the tourist areas, was convenient. We were able to easily access the freeway and reach Schlitterbahn within a 10-minute drive. Additionally, the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The room had a minimalist design with well-thought-out furniture and a large television. The breakfast met the standard of a Holiday Inn and the room size exceeded expectations. The mini fridge was useful and the staff was polite.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the helpful and friendly staff like Megan and Roberto. Their professionalism and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the shower was fabulous. The breakfast was amazing and definitely shouldn't be missed. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in New Braunfels for a few nights. The staff, including Roberto, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The room exceeded our expectations, with comfortable beds and thoughtful touches like origami towels. The breakfast was amazing and not to be missed. I was impressed by the minimalist design of the room, which was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. it was the best room I've ever had at a Holiday Inn.

As young people, we appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We had a fantastic new year stay! the beds were so comfortable and we slept like babies. the room was spotless and it felt like the hotel had just been renovated. the best part was the location, it was right by the freeway which made it super convenient for us to get around. And the staff were so friendly and helpful, they gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and there was a day when the juice machine wasn't working and we couldn't find any drinking water. the seating area in the breakfast area was also a bit crowded, but overall it was a minor inconvenience.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express, I was impressed with the comfort of the beds and the friendly and helpful front desk personnel. The spaciousness of the room and the cleanliness were also notable. Additionally, I appreciated the availability of ample parking and the overall cleanliness of the hotel grounds. The addition of shower doors in the bathrooms was a nice touch. Lastly, the quality of the coffee served at the hotel was excellent.

While I had a pleasant stay overall, I did find that the pillows were too soft for my liking. However, this was a minor issue that did not significantly impact my experience at Holiday Inn Express.

Breakfast was mediocre and the room was not properly cleaned, with hair found on the bed and an unidentifiable lump on the couch. the TV was also not working.
