The room was clean, comfortable and had good amenities. The front desk agent who checked me in was courteous and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and having the option to grab a to-go bag. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money! It is located in a very convenient area, close to the Baton Rouge mall, almost to the airport, and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and basic amenities in the rooms like working AC and a jacuzzi tub were appreciated. The breakfast offered a lot of options for the traveler, which was a great way to start the day!

The room was clean and the staff member at the front desk was welcoming. the hotel itself was tidy and the location was convenient, close to major roads. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast in the morning.

First, the phone in our room was not working as it had no wires, which was quite disappointing as we were unable to contact the front desk when needed. Additionally, we were not informed about the possibility of a late checkout upon check-in, and when we inquired about it, we were directed to the morning clerk.

I had a really great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - close to everything we could desire. We were pleased to find that it was not too far from restaurants and also close to shopping facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful, from the shuttle service to the check-in and breakfast staff. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a jacuzzi tub that was a nice touch. The air conditioning was a bit tricky to start, but once we got the hang of it, it worked well. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide range of options, making it a convenient choice for travelers.
