During my xmas stay, I loved the friendly and efficient front desk staff and the great coffee bar setup. the hotel had a clean lobby and offered a very good breakfast with a wide selection of options. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was always cleaning public spaces, creating a very welcoming atmosphere.

There were some drawbacks to my stay. the rooms were not as tidy as expected, with trash left over from previous guests.

The carbon monoxide detector in the room was flashing like a strobe light every 10 seconds, which was very distracting, especially at night. the heating unit in one of the rooms was very noisy, and it was not possible to change the payment card at check-in, which was an inconvenience.
