Great location: the hotel was conveniently located near downtown and Appalachian State University, making it easy to explore the area. We were also pleased that there were many attractions and activities within a short drive, such as the Alpine Coaster and Grandfather Mountain. Clean and spacious rooms: the rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. the bathrooms were large and the overall size of the room was comfortable. We appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms.

Noisy balcony rooms: If you're a light sleeper, it's best to avoid the balcony rooms on the street side. the noise from the street can be bothersome, so consider opting for a room without a balcony if you prefer a quieter stay.

The pool was not heated as advertised during my stay. the water was very cold, which was disappointing as I had hoped to relax and swim.

We loved the outdoor setting, perfect for enjoying the chilly mountain nights around the fire pit. The pool was a hit with my family, and we appreciated that it stayed open until 10 pm.

The modern design of the hotel was impressive, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. I particularly loved the privacy door to the sink area. a wonderful experience.
