The hotel is conveniently located in a downtown area, just down the street from the wedding at Hilton. It is also close to the Hult Center and lots of great restaurants and shops. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a huge bathroom compared to other motels. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast room was quite small and the continental breakfast provided was basic.

The room staff at Courtesy Inn Downtown was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our room was always stocked with coffee packets and clean towels. They even changed our bedding per our eco-friendly instructions. The cleanliness of both the room and the breakfast area was excellent.

Loved it! Our romantic escape was made even more special by the friendly and energetic staff. the room itself was adorable, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from amazing breakfast spots and a variety of shops. Plus, the hotel had a convenient outdoor smoking area for guests.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of downsides. the bathroom in our room needed some attention from a plumber.

Great amenities, including spacious, clean rooms with comfortable king beds and wonderful linens. The room had a heat pump, which was perfect during the cold snap.

The room had a slight smell of old cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking room. There were also some cleanliness issues, such as hairs in one of the beds and dusty areas behind the end table.

My husband and I stayed at the Courtesy Inn Downtown for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily walk to downtown attractions. The friendly reception staff made us feel welcome, and we appreciated being able to leave our car until 2pm to explore the area. The comfortable bed and decent-sized room provided a cozy stay. The hotel also offered a great value, with easy freeway access and a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast availability was a bonus.

Spotless, spacious room. Huge bathroom compared to other motels. Helpful and friendly staff, provided transportation suggestions and promptly re-activated room key. Comfortable bed exceeded expectations for the area. Clean, well-stocked room in an iffy neighborhood, but felt perfectly safe.

The location of Courtesy Inn Downtown was perfect for our needs. It was easily accessible and right next to the highway. The TV in our room worked well and the staff was friendly and courteous.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the noisy air/heating unit and the outside concrete not being cleaned during our entire seven-day stay, overall we had a comfortable experience. The breakfast could have been better organized, as they ran out of food when we arrived late, and some amenities in the room, like the bathroom door that didn't close properly and the rubber coming off the fridge door, could use improvement.
