I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a really safe area within walking distance of several places to visit, including vibrant downtown Chattanooga. The location of this hotel is well situated to help you visit the many areas of downtown without the need for a car. It was such a relief to be able to explore the city on foot, knowing that I was in a safe area.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were okay.

Ideal downtown location, amenities including pool and courtyard, rare balcony feature, helpful staff, well-stocked breakfast buffet.

Not one thing.

We stayed in a hotel at a great location for exploring this vibrant city by walking distance. Visiting the aquarium and exploring down to the Chattanooga Choo Choo area was easy. We were impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, and the friendly service from staff. Breakfast was adequate and the the pool was a bonus.

The confusion with parking is a small setback, but the city shuttle was convenient and made up for it.

The value for money at Hampton Inn was great, with spacious rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff treated me with excellent customer service and went above and beyond to address any issues.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety and options.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is perfect for exploring the downtown area of Chattanooga. We were within walking distance of restaurants, the riverfront, museums, and the aquarium. It made it so convenient to experience everything we wanted to do. The value for money was impressive, especially considering the prime location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The rooms were clean and roomy, making it ideal for our family of five. It was great to have basic amenities readily available. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially loved the flavored waffle batter and the tropical fruit. our experience at this hotel was fabulous.

Plus, it was in a vibrant downtown area within walking distance to many restaurants. The amenities were great, especially the 24-hour room service, shops, and laundry service. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable seating areas on the terrace and garden furniture. The staff couldn't have been nicer and reached out to make sure we were satisfied with our stay.

Great value for the money. The room was spacious and attractive, with the most comfortable mattress ever! The hotel's location was awesome, with all downtown attractions within walking distance. The staff was courteous and accommodating.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown. Rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. Staff is friendly and helpful, providing valuable information about the area. Parking is available on site for a small fee. Pool area is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxation.

Great location, within walking distance to many attractions. Bed was uncomfortable but staff offered us a different room. Very clean and friendly staff. Pool was closed, but informed prior to booking. $10 parking fee, worth it for convenience.

The breakfast at Hampton Inn was absolutely amazing! It saved us a lot of time and money by not having to go out for breakfast every morning. They had a great variety of options like fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, sausage, omelets, delicious waffles.

Despite the pictures showing a large and inviting pool, it was actually quite small and not as heated as they claimed. The water was too cold for our liking, even though they insisted it was 80 degrees.

The suite room we were upgraded to was amazing! We had a beautiful view and the room was spacious with all the amenities we needed. The heated pool looked great, although we didn't get to use it. I had a great stay at this hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the downtown location close to all amenities. The breakfast area and service were outstanding, with a plentiful and early set up for our Ironman race.

Felt very much at home, no reason to complain.
