The spa at the resort is simply amazing. Not only does it offer a wide range of treatments, but it also includes a hydrotherapy session that is incredibly relaxing. Guests can also enjoy a visit to the Rendezvous Bar, which offers a stunning view of the ocean from its rooftop area. The bar is open from 11-12 o'clock and is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink.

It is worth mentioning that the resort can be a bit noisy at times, especially during wedding celebrations. Some guests have reported being kept awake at night due to the party atmosphere.

The resort was beautiful, staff were welcoming and friendly, facilities were exquisite, and the pools were spotless.

The hotel was immaculately clean, from the lobby to the outdoor restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options available. The location was perfect, close to Pedro, Francisco, and Santiago by Delta, as well as the beautiful city.

This resort was amazing! The swim out room was a big hit with my family and we loved having easy access to the pool right from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ivan who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The spa experience with Yessica and Yolanda was excellent, and we also loved the daily shows offered by the resort. a beautiful resort with great amenities and attentive staff.

We also had some inconsistencies with housekeeping as our room was not always fully stocked with towels and the vanity area was not properly cleaned.

As a tourist, I loved the friendly staff and the fantastic inclusive restaurants at the resort. The pool staff, especially Ernesto, Christian, and Vincente, made our time at the pool incredibly relaxing. Eszequial, our waiter at the Mexican restaurant, provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Rosa from the Rendezvous bar was always available and attentive, ensuring we had our favorite drinks.

During my recent stay at Dreams, everything was simply perfect! The entertainment staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We never had to leave the resort because everything we needed was right there. The French restaurant was absolutely amazing, and the waitstaff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The beach volleyball and bike tour were so much fun, and we would highly recommend them. Plus, there were lots of families with kids, which created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

Although I had an overall fantastic experience at Dreams, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The entertainment shows being held outside made us susceptible to mosquitoes, despite using insect repellent.

We enjoyed the excellent food and great variety of drinks. We were surprised and grateful when the staff surprised us with a birthday cake in our room. The beach was beautiful, and we were able to watch baby turtles being released into the ocean. we had a wonderful stay.

The app is user friendly and convenient, allowing guests to order extra amenities and towels. The Cenote excursion exceeded expectations and is worth trying. The spa is breathtaking and offers excellent services, though a bit pricey.
