As a disabled traveler, I really appreciated the convenient shuttle service from the airport. The staff was extremely helpful in arranging the shuttle and made my arrival stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The 24-hour coffee and hot water availability was a nice touch. The location was also convenient, being close to the airport and the Lake-to-Lake park and walking trail.

This location is in a great area with many attractions nearby, including a large indoor mall with a movie theater. It is well-situated in the Cleveland area and allows for easy access to the Middleburg Heights area. The breakfast is a nice amenity and there are comfortable seating areas available. The rooms are equipped with modern facilities and offer great views.

The soundproofing could be improved as noise from neighboring rooms can be disturbing.

The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, and the staff even provided pool noodles for extra fun. The hotel also offered a 10% discount at Max and Erma's restaurant, which was a great perk. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The helpful breakfast staff opened my cream cheese every morning. The evening desk staff gave parking and ATM info. The well-appointed, clean room was near the motorway for easy access. Good breakfast choices in a well-maintained banquet. 24-hour airport shuttle included in the room cost was a wonderful amenity.
