Unclean bathroom that wasn't properly cleaned despite request, and unaccommodating front desk staff. Parking was not free as expected and limited shuttle service for airport transfers.

Room cleanliness was poor with hair and dirt on the bathroom floor and counter. Mold in the shower and bed sheets had hairs on them.

Great location near the airport and easy access to major highways. the cleanliness of the property was impressive and the pool was well-maintained. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met during our stay.

Some minor inconveniences such as a lack of face cloths and vending machines on our floor. the room could have been cleaner, with unwashed dishes and a missing blow dryer in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and had a separate living area, perfect for families. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The breakfast had a good variety, including fresh smoothies. We had a pleasant and quiet stay.

Although the elevators seemed a bit outdated, the overall cleanliness and nice staff made up for it. The front desk staff, particularly George, was very kind and helpful.
