My friends and I had a great girls' weekend getaway and the hotel's location was perfect for us. The staff, especially Walt, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with personal recommendations. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the food was warm and delicious. The lobby had a welcoming atmosphere and the pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. the staff and amenities made our stay at this hotel a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn! The breakfast set up was very nice and the lobby area was perfect for relaxing and watching TV or reading. The spacious room had plenty of mirrors for getting ready, which was great for us three adult women. The pillowtop beds were incredibly comfortable and the pool and hot tub in the wall-to-wall room of windows was so relaxing. We also enjoyed the variety of delicious breakfast options that changed daily. We will definitely be back for Twins Days weekend!

Not so easy to find

We loved this place! The location is perfect for exploring the Cleveland area, and the staff provided great service. The room was really comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the welcome drink and hot beverages in the lobby, and the breakfast was fantastic. We appreciated the range of amenities available, including the indoor pool and fitness centre.

Families will love this venue.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, right off the highway, which was perfect for us as we were on a long road trip. We also loved that there was a new shopping mall and movie theater just across the street, providing plenty of options for entertainment and dining. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including cheese omelets, sausage patties, and o'brien potatoes. The hotel staff was friendly and provided excellent hospitality throughout our stay.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff at Hampton Inn & Suites Beachwood were friendly and provided excellent service.

The morning meal could be improved by offering more variety in the breakfast options.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and comfortable beds at this hotel. Despite some noise coming from the hallway, my room was well-insulated and provided a peaceful night's rest. Plus, the complimentary breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. I would recommend this hotel for a good value stay.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement - maybe more variety of options.

The hotel had an amazing location next to many eateries, including Jamacian Breeze restaurant, which is a short walk away. It is also easy to access Cleveland OH downtown. Furthermore, it is conveniently situated next to a new, beautiful mall, which is not far away. The room, bathroom, service, breakfast, and view were excellent and very satisfying. The swimming pool, fitness center, in-room Wi-Fi, and daily newspapers were some added facilities that were provided.

One of the hotels did not offer the option to customers to pay cash or use alternative cards at check-in or check-out.

The breakfast includes cheese omelets, sausage patties, and o'brien potatoes. There is a shopping mall and movie theater across the street. The clientele can be lively, but there is a big sign about quiet hours in the lobby. Good location for a girls weekend or exploring the area.

The staff at Hampton Inn were exceedingly helpful during my stay. When I had a minor issue with my check-in, they addressed it promptly and with a friendly attitude. It made me feel valued as a guest. The breakfast options were great, giving me the convenience of not having to leave the hotel in the morning. I also appreciated the availability of a gym and the benefits of the rewards program. The later checkout time was a nice touch that allowed me to relax a bit more before leaving. Plus, having access to a computer and printer was a lifesaver for some last-minute work.

My only complaint would be that I wished there were healthier snacks in The Suite Room. It would have been great to have options like nuts, light popcorn, cheese, protein bars, and yogurt parfaits.

The location was perfect for exploring Cleveland, with many shopping and restaurant options nearby. The breakfast buffet had a good quality selection, although more vegetarian options could have been included.
