The HVAC controls were a major drawback as they constantly turned off when there was no motion, resulting in a restless night of sleep. The walls and floors were thin, making it difficult to ignore the noise from neighboring rooms and above.

I had a great experience at Hampton Inn in a convenient location near Somerset Collection and plenty of restaurants. The hotel itself was nicer than other Hampton Inns I've stayed at with a clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. The African American woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I also enjoyed the peaceful outdoor patio near the pool.
