Despite a minor issue with the room assignment, the front desk staff, especially Rachel K., were friendly and professional in resolving the situation. The hotel's location was also convenient, with several stores and restaurants nearby. we had a great experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites and would recommend it to others. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was the perfect location for my event! It was close to the Square in town, which made it easy for me to explore and enjoy the city. I was also able to pick up some local wine at one of the nearby wineries. The hotel room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and the lobby featured flavored water, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the well-maintained pool area and the comfortable beds in my room.

Although overall my stay was enjoyable, the elevators were a bit slow at times and caused some delay in getting to my room.
