I recently stayed at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental for a business trip. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with tasteful and luxurious furnishings. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The central location was convenient for shopping and had great transport links. The small touches, like complimentary chocolates, made us feel welcome. The hotel bar and room service were also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to meet my needs. From the airport staff to the concierge, everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. The location of the hotel was fantastic and convenient, close to shops, transportation, and the ferry. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and they were spacious, containing all the luxuries I needed. The hotel facilities were great, including a lovely ground floor bar with a fantastic breakfast selection. the service, location, and cleanliness were top-notch.

I recently stayed at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental for a birthday weekend and was blown away by the exceptional service and thoughtful gestures. The set breakfast menu was amazing, with the best pastries, and the room service and restaurant meals were all delicious. The staff at Amber went above and beyond during a special dinner arranged by the reservations team. The bed was unbelievably comfortable with great linens, and the doormen provided exceptional service. The hotel also offers fun and challenging yoga and pilates classes. This is now my favorite hotel in HK and I will definitely book again.

The hotel's location was perfect for our city break, with easy access to key attractions and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering great service from the moment we arrived. Additionally, the spa services were fantastic, with knowledgeable therapists who provided a fabulous massage experience.

The suite was perfect for our family with kids and pets. The giant bathtub was a hit with the kids and the dining table was great for family meals. The staff were outstanding, remembering our names, faces, and orders. The hotel's location in the mall made it convenient to explore nearby restaurants and shops.

Fantastic pool and spa facilities, one of the best in terms of indoor pools in the area. The F&B options were top-notch, especially the drinks at PDT and the innovative breakfast at SOMM. The quiet and secluded lobby was a pleasant surprise considering the central location. Key location facts: The hotel is located in the heart of Central, making it convenient for both tourists and locals. One more advantage: The hotel offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere despite being in a busy area.

The bed could have been more comfortable compared to other luxury hotels in the area. The price point seemed high for what was offered, with some stinginess in terms of in-room amenities.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms, which were well-designed and had excellent flow. The turndown service made me feel at home, and the variety of mattresses, pillows, and sheets provided a luxurious sleep experience. The bathtub with bath salts was a thoughtful touch, and the strong shower pressure was a bonus. I also appreciated the attention to detail from the housekeeping team, who even tidied up my messy cables. The hospitality and service from the staff were top-notch, making my stay memorable.

I did not have any negative experiences during my Christmas stay at this hotel.

Travelling alone, I loved the spacious and well-equipped rooms with luxurious furnishings. The staff provided outstanding customer service and were super friendly. The location was central and close to all the shops, with great transport links. The hotel had a fantastic bar and the room service food was delicious. an amazing stay.
