The breakfast was standard. The service personnel were kind and welcoming. The janitor was also kind and welcoming. The room was a good size. Pillow cases and bedsheets were clean. Great location!

We had a romantic escape and were pleasantly surprised by a free room upgrade. the room had a comfortable armchair and ottoman, perfect for cozying up and enjoying the view. the suite was spacious and immaculately clean. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the staff provided excellent service, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay.

Although our stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the showerhead was not adjustable and positioned too high.

The staff at the front desk of Hampton Inn were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in.

This hotel is conveniently located close to everything, surrounded by several restaurants, and within easy access to all the activities around town. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is decent. The indoor pool and hot tub area are pretty good, but can get quite crowded at times. There are also laundry facilities available if needed. the service provided is satisfactory, and the view from the room is pleasant.

The walls are quite thin and noise from neighboring guests can be heard all too easily.

What a pleasant surprise to spend our Christmas holidays in a hotel that offered complimentary hot cocoa and freshly baked cookies! the location was perfect, providing a beautiful view of the mountains and easy access to charming shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby, which made our stay even more comfortable.

We also found it inconvenient that there weren't enough towels in the pool area, as we had to go back to our room in our bathing suits to request more.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, making me feel comfortable right from the start. The talent of the housekeeping staff was evident in the creative towel animals they made, which delighted my kids. Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were so comfortable that it was hard for me to get out of them in the morning. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as it was very close to everything, including all the activities at UNC. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond by even calling me after check-in to ensure everything was to my liking. The complimentary coffee available at all hours was excellent, and the breakfast provided was one of the best I've had at any comparable chain.
