Great location, right in the middle of the night life and only a few hundred meters to public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The fast Wi-Fi was a definite plus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms and the floor left much to be desired. It would have been nice to have a kitchen or a normal dining area, as the reception area was way too small.

The central location of this hotel was a major plus. It was just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions and the lively area with plenty of bars and restaurants. the cleanliness of the pods and shared facilities was impressive, making for a comfortable stay.

The lack of soundproofing in the pods was a bit of an issue. The thin plastic doors did little to block out noise from outside, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially if you're a light sleeper.

We had a fantastic stay at Galaxy Pods Capsule Hotel in the heart of a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance of the MRT. the security at the hotel was top-notch, with keycard access required to enter both the main door and our capsule. Inside the capsule, we found a spacious and comfortable bed with provided pillows. the staff were friendly and proactive, and the late checkout process was seamless. We also appreciated the convenience of the washing machine and towel provided.
