I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Hartsville for the Nascar Darlington playoff race. The manager, Nicole, was incredibly helpful, finding us a replacement room at no extra cost. The room itself was clean, cozy, and only 16 minutes away from the raceway. The staff, especially Nicole, were friendly and caring. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had a nice variety of food. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

The mattresses were definitely in need of replacement. They were uncomfortable and did not offer the level of comfort I was hoping for.

My daughter was getting married and a storm hit, but the hotel offered their industrial dryers to dry the tablecloths. The beds, pillows, and comforter were amazing. The bathroom was huge. The complementary breakfast had a wide variety of food that changed everyday. The entire staff, especially Tracy, who cleaned our room, was fantastic. The Hampton set the bar so high, no other hotel will come close to the excellent service we received.
