my stay was a total disaster. I mean, how does a hotel have damp carpets and mildew smell? ? I almost gave a good review, but when I asked for fresh towels, I got damp ones instead! It’s absurd that there were no upgrades available after all this, I certainly expected more from a Hampton. Definitley will not return.

The staff provided exceptional service with a special shoutout to the friendly morning crew who were incredibly helpful. My room was comfortable and clean, with a pleasant ambiance that made my stay enjoyable.

The hotel struggled with cleanliness, where linens and trash were often neglected. Additionally, housekeeping failed to keep up with basic needs like providing fresh towels and amenities, leaving me disappointed with my experience.

Consider asking for a room on the lower floors if you need access to the elevator, as it was out of service during my stay.

The hotel's cleanliness needs significant improvement!!! Stained linens were an eyesore, and the hot tub was cold and non-functional!!! It felt like maintenance was an afterthought, especially with broken elevators and ineffective air conditioning!!!

The breakfast spread was, like, super bomb! Loved the variety, and our crew was stuffed every morning. Room was cozy, with a big sitting area to chill after a long day. Pro tip, ask for local spots to hit up. the staff totally hooked us up with some rad suggestions! Just wish the pool had been open—major bummer!

Braw spot for a wee family visit! Staff, especially Antonio, were pure brilliant and helped with everything. Room was comfy, but the pool being out of order was a right letdown in the heat. Overall, can't complain much, just that pool issue—get it sorted, eh?

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We loved exploring the NASA Johnson Space Center and seeing the Historic Mission Control Center. The staff was friendly, and they provided plenty of local tips. Don't forget to check out the nearby Champions golf course for some fun activities!
