The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home during my stay.

The breakfast area was often crowded, and it seemed they struggled to keep up with replenishing the food, leading to long waits for essential items.

The hotel is conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from major attractions, including the Space and Rocket Center and local shopping areas, making it a solid base for exploring. The breakfast options are decent and everything was well-stocked and ready to go early, catering to early risers, especially for pre-race meals.

However, the breakfast situation could use some improvement. one morning, the food staff struggled to keep up with demand, resulting in long waits and tables that weren't cleaned promptly. Additionally, issues like room cleanliness have been reported, with some guests finding unwelcoming surprises in their rooms that barely met cleanliness standards. Guests with dietary restrictions have faced challenges too, with limited options that didn't meet individual needs, leading to frustration during meals.

During our stay, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast buffet with a variety of options, including turkey sausage. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our experience even better. I also liked the walking path outside, perfect for a stroll with my family and mother.

My wife says that the blankets could be thicker for colder nights.

Our room was super clean and had a stunning view of the pool and湖. The staff, especially Gwen at brekkie, treated us like family, keeping everything stocked and smiling all the time. Loved the eggs and waffles! Just a short drive to the Orion Amphitheater made it even better.

The quiet was sometimes interrupted by noisy guests, but overall a lekker stay!

hampton inn was a great stay! it’s super close to attractions like the space center. i loved that they had a nice dog path around the property with treats in the lobby. plus, the exercise room is handy with an attached laundry room, perfect for keeping on track.

The view from my room was just lekker, right over the pool and lake. Super clean, and the staff were so friendly, they made check-in sharp-sharp! Plus, brekkie options like make-your-own waffles were a real treat. Close to the Orion Amphitheater too, so that was a bonus for our trip!

Had a bit of a slow check-in, but otherwise it was a jol!

Enjoyed the spacious room with a lake view and a cooling pool. The complimentary laundry facilities were super handy, and the view from the balcony was simply stunning!

Felt like being home, nothing to complain about.
