The staff were like chommies right from the start! They gave us a wicked list of local restaurants—tried some, and wow, the food was lekker! Plus, our room was clean and had an amazing bed—best sleep ever!

Just a bit noisy because of the trains nearby, but I managed to sleep through most of it. No biggie!

i almost thought this place was okay until i heard the noise from the trains every night and realized my room was far too small with not enough space to put my things. yet, not even a 'thank you for suffering' complimentary gesture from the staff, very disappointing, definitly not the royal treatment i expected.

i recently stayed in new york and this hotel blew my expectations away. the cozy room was perfectly clean, and the helpful staff provided awesome restaurant recommendations nearby. the warmth of the place made it feel like home during my short visit.
