The hotel had good airport shuttle service. The driver was friendly. Sinclair at the front desk was amazing and welcoming. The room and breakfast were standard Hampton fare.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was very convenient, as it was close to the IND airport.

The front desk was accommodating, even when we arrived intoxicated. They arranged the shuttle for us and gave us a wake up call to ensure we made it to the airport on time. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The cleaning staff did an exceptional job, leaving our room spotless. We will definitely return for future family getaways!

The hotel was conveniently located near the highway and had easy access to a gas station. the staff were friendly and the check, in and check, out process was hassle, free. the lobby was beautifully designed and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. the rooms were comfortable and well, maintained.

The only downside was the weak basic internet connection which made it difficult to stream videos. It would have been better to pay for the premium internet option to avoid this inconvenience.

We stayed at Hampton Inn for our wedding night and had a fantastic experience. The staff were accommodating and even helped with our shuttle and wake-up call. The morning breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options and attentive staff. The hotel itself is new, clean, and conveniently located near the highway. a great stay for our special night.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-prepared for our party. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We especially appreciated their smooth check-in process for our large tour group. The pool area was inviting and well-maintained. Despite being near the airport, our top-floor room was quiet and we didn't hear any air traffic. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of options including fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. we were very impressed with the hotel and will definitely consider staying here again when traveling through Indianapolis.

The swimming area was a bit cool and the elevators had a funny squeaking. The hotel is not located in a busy area, so food choices nearby were limited.

The breakfast offered a standard variety of Hampton Inn options, making it a good start for the day. this hotel provided excellent value for our money.

Stayed at the hotel during Christmas and had a great time! the staff was really friendly and I loved the fact that they greeted me every time I passed by. the room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. the bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to the airport and there was a Fast Park for parking nearby. a pleasant stay.

There were a few things that could be improved. I had requested a room on the ground floor when I made the reservation, but I was placed on the third floor instead.
