We found the hotel in a very nice and pleasant area with easy access to transportation, including Uber. the staff at the front desk was professional and very friendly, always listening and attempting to resolve any issues promptly. the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered was decent, with a good selection and quality options.

Couldn't stay longer. Limited time impacted full experience.

The lobby was nice, and the staff promptly took my breakfast order in the room, great for a romantic escape. the location is convenient, close to shopping and easy Uber access.

Loud noise from the room above for three days, an issue with the air conditioner, and unappetizing supper options. Rude staff lied about room availability and tried to upsell with poor service.

I always return here. Staff found my lost earring on my first stay. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Restaurant. Laundry service, Lift. Appreciate no pets policy. Coming back for another trip.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable, ensuring a hygienic environment. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, allowing us to enjoy our stay without any hassle.

The food at Hotel Los Jardines was delectable, with excellent preparation and seasoning. However, the temperature of the coffee and room service dinner was not hot enough, and the breakfast eggs and pancakes were also served cold.
