My stay at Hampton Inn was a pleasant experience. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options and the room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport, even though I didn't need it. I arrived by car.

The location of the Hampton Inn in Jacksonville was excellent for my recent stay. It was conveniently situated near various amenities and attractions. The ease of access to nearby restaurants and shops made my trip more enjoyable.

Although my overall experience at the Hampton Inn was positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the breakfast selection could have been slightly better, maybe with a bigger variety of food.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Jacksonville for a few nights with my family. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Reggie, in particular, was hilarious and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel room was spacious enough for our family of three adults and it was kept clean throughout our stay. The breakfast options were great and the staff did a fabulous job of greeting us every morning. The convenient location was also a plus.

Despite the positive aspects of our stay, I would recommend this hotel.

During our stay at Hampton Inn, we were impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room. The beds were comfortable and the pillows provided a great night's sleep. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, which was convenient for storing and reheating leftovers. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and there was always coffee available. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff at the Hampton Inn were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had during our stay. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore the area. The breakfast options were decent, although not extensive.

During our stay, we experienced a slight delay in getting breakfast on the weekends. Unfortunately, we missed out on it due to oversleeping.

The room had a strong mold smell, but we were given another room right away. The second room had a slight mold smell and a perfume odor. Bathroom had hair and crumbs, and the bed had old blood stains. Front desk didn't listen to our concerns. Pool had strange floating objects. Many stray cats in the parking lot. Lungs felt uncomfortable after leaving.

As young people, we loved that the front counter staff knew us by name and were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient, with many nearby restaurants to choose from. it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

We felt really welcomed and had no complaints at all.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The attention to detail, such as accommodations for electronic devices, was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk, especially a kind woman who helped us with a reservation mix-up, were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also a bonus and we enjoyed a nice meal before heading to the airport. a great stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front desk reps, Moe and Lauren, were fantastic. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about where to eat and places to visit. They greeted us continuously and all the guests seemed happy and friendly. Lauren even suggested a wonderful restaurant for our Valentine's dinner and it was the best. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing, and the location was perfect for the airport, shopping, and dining. The breakfast had a great variety and something different every day. We loved the coffee station that was available all day and night. The rooms were very quiet, clean, and had comfortable beds and pillows. The staff even gave us a breakfast bag to go since we had an early flight. The hotel had lots of outlets for devices, plus microwaves and fridges in the rooms. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely book with Hampton Inn for all future travels.
