Maria and Telissa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. Maria helped us with a late-night snack and greeted us warmly every morning. Telissa surprised us with fresh, warm cookies that were absolutely delicious. The staff made our stay extra memorable!

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Parking was hassle-free. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was switched up daily.

During my holiday stay, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. the hotel was well maintained and appeared to be regularly cleaned. the location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was within walking distance of various restaurants and a movie theater. This made it convenient for us to grab a bite to eat or catch a movie without having to travel far. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the complimentary breakfast. It had a good variety of options, including hot offerings that changed daily.

There were a few drawbacks that affected my experience. the free internet access was a bit unreliable, frequently disconnecting and requiring us to reconnect.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic as it was very close to several restaurants, making dining out very convenient. Secondly, the staff were excellent, always going above and beyond to assist guests. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with the added bonus of having a Jacuzzi bath. The breakfast included waffles everyday, which was a delicious treat.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast provided was a major plus, offering a variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to Southside Blvd, JTB, I-95, and I-295. We also appreciated the abundance of nearby places to dine and hang out, as well as the proximity to UNF and the St. John Center for shopping.

My recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville Deerwood Park was fantastic. The room was spacious, neat, and very clean. The location was perfect for my purposes, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to major roads. The staff, especially Ms. Marie, went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the fire pit in the evening was a cozy touch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jacksonville.
