Recently had the pleasure of staying at Hampton Inn for a medical visit. Checked in at 7:00 a.m., accommodating staff went above and beyond. Great location near Henly St bridge and Riverfront Park. Clean rooms and peaceful atmosphere for a much-needed nap. Highly recommended hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were extremely welcoming and the entire hotel was clean. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Market Square and other downtown attractions. The breakfast was filling and delicious.

I loved the location of this hotel as it was conveniently close to downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee. Being on the "odd number side" of the building, facing the street, provided easy access to many local attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and I appreciated being able to walk to nearby places instead of dealing with parking meters. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was for the Dixie Classic poultry show and lasted several days. The hotel's location was perfect, just blocks away from the Conference and Convention Centers. The staff at the front desk, especially the gentleman and lady who checked us in, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They provided us with a map of downtown and even informed us about a parade happening that night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The road noise was minimal, despite having a room by the roadside.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

This hotel near the Tennessee river provides easy access to popular Knoxville destinations, such as the UT stadium and great restaurants. Rooms are clean and there's a good breakfast. Convenient parking and tea/coffee at the front desk all day are a plus.

The cleaning left much to be desired with leftover stains in the bathroom and dirty bedsheets.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, situated in downtown and within easy walking distance to all the activities in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with lovely bathrooms and very comfortable beds and bedding. The breakfast is a delicious Southern spread, served with warm hospitality.
