I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. It was near downtown with plenty of free parking. Additionally, it was close to the convention center and the river. I also appreciated the fact that they had a saltwater swimming pool.

The room at this hotel was fantastic! It had all the amenities I needed, like a microwave and refrigerator, without having to request them. The furniture was comfy, and the bathroom was spacious with amazing shelves. I loved being able to control the room temperature with the wall thermostat, and the room's color scheme and decorations were a nice touch. The staff, especially Shannon and Emilee, were helpful and kind in resolving any issues. The hotel's location was great too!

I recently had a stay at a hotel downtown and I couldn't have been more pleased! The location was perfect, right near the river walk, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was also excellent, especially considering the current circumstances. this hotel offered great value for money and provided a comfortable experience.

The breakfast at Hampton Inn and Suites La Crosse Downtown was exceptional! Regina, one of the employees, made us feel so at home and catered to our vegetarian and vegan preferences. The modern and updated look of the property was impressive, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The beds were comfortable, and the shower head was at a good height, which is rare in hotel rooms. The staff was extremely friendly, and the location was convenient for walking to shops and restaurants in the downtown area.
