Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal - set off the main road and close to various retail stores and a waterpark. We also enjoyed the different choices offered in the complimentary breakfast every morning.

They confused us into checking out early, causing us to pay for a night we didn't stay. It would be beneficial for them to receive some training in this area.
