First stay, staff helped find my lost car keys. Perfect amenities , Wi, Fi, car park, 24/7 reception, bar. Ideal city break spot, always joyful to return.

We had a delightful stay at the hotel. the cleanliness was top-notch, the hotel facilities were impressive, and the parking was convenient with a direct walkway. Additionally, the location was fantastic, within walking distance of several restaurants in the downtown area.

The warm cookies at check-in were a nice touch. The furniture in my room was dated and in need of maintenance. Parking across the street was convenient, but it cost $8. Friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, but the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Our group of friends stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near several museums and the hospital. The room was comfortable and clean, with modern furniture. The staff were professional and friendly, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. While we didn't have a view, we appreciated the peaceful nights' sleep.

The buffet breakfast was not included, despite what we thought based on the online information we found.

Enjoyed my Xmas time at this hotel. the complementary breakfast and parking services were great. the hotel is located in a great spot near various museums with beautiful architecture. Had a wonderful time exploring the area and visiting the Presidential Library.

The fire alarm went off twice, no staff provided instructions, and the pool area was not well kept. the blinds didn't close properly, and housekeeping was noisy during the stay.
