Hampton Inn in Lebanon impressed with friendly staff and clean rooms. Ample space for luggage, convenient desk setups, and excellent WiFi. the breakfast, complete with fresh fruit toppings and good coffee, was a delight. Comfortable seating and accommodating staff made for a pleasant stay. Conveniently located with nearby dining options and country drives to local farms.

No bathtub, lukewarm morning water with a wait for hot water. Large pump bottles instead of single-use toiletries.

During my thanksgiving holiday, we were able to receive complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi! the location of the hotel was also perfect for us; close to the mall and restaurants. Another aspect we liked was how clean and tidy the rooms were.

the TV was missing a remote which made it difficult to use.

This hotel was a great value for the money. The rooms had all the basic amenities we needed, like a microwave, fridge and coffee pot. The friendly staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and the indoor pool was a hit with our kids. We also appreciated the location, very convenient with a Walmart, gas station, and restaurants nearby.

The bathroom fan and light on the same switch was a bit annoying, but everything else was ok.

The breakfast has a good variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the pool area is very neat and clean, with plenty of space to sit and relax.

The cleaning service needs improvement, as the room wasn't routinely serviced even though requested several times during the stay. Waste bins were emptied but left just inside the door, while the floor was not vacuumed and bedding and towels were not replaced.
