I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Belmont for a weekend getaway. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The parking was convenient, with larger than normal parking spaces. I appreciated the inclusion of a wet bar, fridge, and microwave in my room. As a smoker, I was delighted to discover a balcony off the breakfast room. The location was great, with a pharmacy/supermarket and a McDonald's just a short walk away. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Belmont. The hotel was clean and well-staffed, with a friendly and accommodating front desk. The free breakfast was a nice perk and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated their commitment to being environmentally friendly by using refillable shampoo and body wash dispensers.

One drawback was that one of our rooms was not assigned to us upon check-in. Additionally, the shower faucet in our room had a spray that was completely wrong, with cold water spraying towards us when turned on.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and quick check-in/check-out process. Easy drive-through style parking and well-equipped rooms with international power sockets. Friendly and professional staff provided early check-in and late check-out options, making the trip satisfying. Regular towel change upon request and convenient hot water for tea in the lobby. Quiet, clean room with a street-facing view.

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, close to downtown San Carlos where there are many choices for really good restaurants. Additionally, it is conveniently located near stores and restaurants.

All was okay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk, Courtney, Andy, and Anita, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request for an early check-in, allowing us to get ready for a wedding we were attending. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was served until 12 o'clock, which was a nice touch. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood on the Peninsula, near stores and restaurants.

During my xmas visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the two complimentary gifts in the room, a box of chocolates, and a bottle of water. the hotel's location made it easy to get to various sightseeing spots and restaurants. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the hotel offered free breakfast, which was a great convenience.
