The value for money at this hotel is fantastic, making it one of the best selections we made on our vacation this year. The attention to detail in the rooms, with plenty of storage space, sink, microwave, and a large mini fridge. The location, situated at the foot of Mercer University, was perfect for exploring the area. The service from the staff, from Tommy on the front desk at night to the housekeeping staff and breakfast room staff, was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay.

The basic amenities in the rooms were great, and our room on the 3rd floor, at the end of the hallway away from the elevators and ice machines, ensured a peaceful stay. Additionally, the hotel was close to where our small camper was parked, making it even more convenient for us.

Ebony was professional, patient, and concerned for our satisfaction. The night clerk was also warm and welcoming during check-in, even at the early hour of 5am. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and there were a variety of nearby restaurants to choose from. The hotel also had convenient amenities such as a microwave in the room and easy access to the freeway.

The only negative aspect was the bathroom door, which was a sliding barn door that didn't close or lock properly. This lack of privacy was a bit inconvenient and slightly annoying.

However, I must mention that the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests we had. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. despite the negative aspects, the staff and amenities provided some level of comfort during my stay.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. the rooms were small and cramped, leaving very little space to move around.

The rooms are updated with outlets and amenities, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of breakfast options, including omelets, sausage, cereal, and waffles. The hotel also offers coolers, freezers, and fresh cookies upon request.

Security could be improved. Some guests have reported seeing suspicious activity outside of the building.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were really helpful throughout my stay. Checking in and out was a breeze with no issues at all. The hotel's location right by the freeway was convenient and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, including a Cracker Barrel just a few steps away. Plus, having a microwave in the room was a nice added convenience. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
