The beds, oatmeal, and coffee were excellent. Breakfast at 5:30 am was convenient. Spacious rooms, lounge area for game night, and swimming pool for the kids. Ample parking and nearby restaurants. Helpful staff, clean premises, and assistance with setting up the conference room. Best hotel in the area.

One more advantage that I enjoyed was the comfortable bed and clean room, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved during my stay. the hotel is in need of some updates, such as reglazing the shower and fixing the toilet flushing issue.

This hotel is a great find on the main highway just about 30 miles from NYC. It's a great value for money and has everything we need for our family vacation. I gotta say, the value for our money at Hampton Inn was top-notch. And the room? It was so spacious, perfect for our little adventure in the area. Plus, the location was spot-on, with tons of cool stuff nearby. But you know what really made our stay? The staff, especially Sam. They were super helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. Oh, and I have to mention the pool - warm and clean, just how we like it. And even though I loved the breakfast, a little scrambled eggs or bacon would have taken it to the next level. But no biggie, the oatmeal and waffles were still on point. Can I just say, we'll definitely be coming back here.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Mahwah. The room was well kept and the grounds were beautiful. The staff was very helpful and kind throughout my visit. They quickly resolved an issue with the toilet and even provided an elevated seat for my disabled mother. I also appreciated that they found us a room near the elevator as requested. The breakfast offered a nice variety, including fresh cut fruit and turkey sausage. The hotel also had convenient amenities like a pool and a laundry room. I especially liked that they provided parking for Diamond members right outside the front door, which is not always the case at other Hilton properties. I would highly recommend this hotel.
