The hotel had a friendly staff and a clean environment. However, there were some issues with the shower cleanliness and water pressure in our room. It was convenient for our soccer tournament and near restaurants, making it a good option for families, but attention to housekeeping details could improve the experience.

I was immediately greeted by the helpful front desk staff, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious and fitted with a mini fridge and microwave, which were lifesavers during my short stay.

However, I encountered a hiccup with the breakfast system. I couldn’t enjoy the continental offerings due to restrictive policies on ordering. It was a letdown when I just wanted a simple meal to start my day.

The breakfast options were outstanding, with fresh fruit, waffles, and delicious egg dishes. Tyra at check-in was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Despite the friendly atmosphere, I faced challenges with the room arrangements as we had to squeeze into a smaller space than expected, limiting our comfort.

The beautiful view, the wonderful amenities, the cleanliness was simply outstanding.

I had a fantastic time here with my friends! We enjoyed the indoor pool and used the business center for some work. The location is great, just a short drive to the mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. Perfect place for a group getaway!

Our visit wasn’t perfect. we experienced loud noise from a nearby graduation party on Saturday night, which made it hard to relax. That was a bummer after a long day.

Try to arrive early to avoid check-in delays during busy events. the hotel could be crowded with large groups.

During my stay, staff were cordial and attentive. The facility was clean, and breakfast met needs. Parking was simple, and I appreciated 24-hour coffee access. I had a nice conversation with the efficient breakfast staff, who provided supplies when asked. It reminded me of my travels in Italy, where personal service made a difference. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that fit my routine well.

I woudl ve been pleased if only my shower had water pressure and the coffee pot worked, but alas! How hard is it to check these amenities? I was also totally expecting at least a room upgrade after this debacle. Honestly, I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn't do it.

My children wanted more pool towels available.

Wi-Fi was solid, kids loved the indoor saltwater pool. Breakfast was hot, but no fresh fruit.

The breakfast was awesome, and the cook kept everything fresh and ready, which really made the morning special! The indoor pool and the cozy sun loungers by the fire pit were perfect spots to relax after a long day. Just came back from a 2-night stay! Tyra and Robert were super helpful, giving us awesome tips on where to eat. Loved hanging out by the indoor pool while the kids splashed around. Everything felt fresh and clean.

loved the indoor pool, it was clean and fun for the kids. the staff was super chill and helped us feel welcome. breakfast was bomb, always fresh and ready. our room was nice and spacious, def better than most small town hotels. overall a really good vibe, would stay again!
