The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the outdoor patio furniture and fire pit, which provided a cozy and relaxing ambiance. The location of the elevator was convenient, situated on only one corner of the property. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

During my stay at Courtyard in Rockville, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They even upgraded me to a king suite and offered bonus points for a small inconvenience. The team truly cared about making their guests feel welcomed and taken care of.

Despite being on the ground floor, I found the distance to the lobby and parking a bit inconvenient due to the hotel's layout. However, the friendly and helpful staff, especially Allison at the front desk, made up for this minor drawback.

I really enjoyed the intimate and cozy lounge at the hotel. The seating arrangement was perfect, allowing for privacy or socializing with friends.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, just minutes away from the Rockville train station and nearby attractions like G Street Fabrics, Congressional Aquarium, and Strathmore. We also enjoyed having a nice restaurant serving excellent swordfish right across the street, along with a seafood stand. The staff was very kind and helpful, particularly Tamara who assisted us in getting back and forth from the metro station and provided us with information for late-night returns to the hotel.

We were disappointed to find out that the breakfast mentioned on the website was not complimentary, but rather a paid option. It would have been nice to have at least some basic breakfast items like muffins or toast included.

The bartender at the Marriot went above and beyond to make us a custom vegetarian omelette when they ran out of ingredients. The clean rooms and pleasant area made for a great stay. Will definitely recommend!
