The location is tucked back away from the main road. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The eating area was very nice. The bed was comfortable.

Mattress was hard as a rock.

My room was fantastic, really comfy beds. The hotel was spotless, and loved the warm welcome from everyone. Breakfast was a lovely surprise, just perfect to start the day!

But honestly, the bathroom door had a mind of its own—decided to swing shut and bump into me like a cheeky little troll! And where's my microwave? Apparently, it’s been banished to the king rooms!

Chur, the staff were heaps friendly and helpful, but the bathroom door had a mind of its own! Breakfast was solid enough, though—just wish it had more options.

Chommie at reception was super friendly and sorted us out quickly! The brekkie was a lekker start to the day—really enjoyed the variety. Plus, the bed was comfy enough for a solid night’s sleep, which was a highlight for me!

Just a heads-up, the bathroom door was a bit dodgy. it swung closed on its own, which was a bit of an ag man moment!

Despite the cold pool, the accommodating staff and outstanding complimentary breakfast, especially the waffle bar, made our family trip memorable. The evening taco dinner was a delightful surprise after a long drive.

But honestly, where's my microwave? It’s like they think us queen room folks can survive on cold snacks alone—absurd!

i almost gave this place a good review, but then i recalled the front desk staff's total incompetence when i was charged twice. also, it was a hot, luod mess in my room with no air. obviously i deserved a complimentary upgrade for all this hassle, but that wouldve been too much to ask, i guess.
