I recently stayed at Comfort Inn in El Dorado for work. My stay was from 5/20/21 to 5/28. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was very close to the Lion Oil refinery where I was working. The staff, especially Neeka at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Neeka went above and beyond to assist us, even using her own phone to help us find a great restaurant nearby. The hotel itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with a wonderful cook who made us feel right at home.

The hotel is conveniently located off the bypass and within close proximity to the city center, despite being in a dubious area. However, we felt safe within the premises due to the security measures in place. Our room was tidy with a well-functioning bathroom, and we had a comfortable stay.
