The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the pillows are perfect for a good night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh upon our arrival. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our needs, even providing plastic ware. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to their great attitude. The breakfast both days was excellent, rivaling that of a restaurant. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, with their personable nature and jokes. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Franklin, Tennessee. The location was perfect for me as it was very close to downtown historic Franklin and the Carnton Plantation, both of which I planned on visiting. Additionally, this hotel is conveniently situated in a prime location that allows you to walk to the Cool Springs Galleria as well as local restaurants and pubs. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff worked hard to ensure it was a great start to the day. The friendly and personable staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I appreciated how they joked with guests and were always ready to help.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, with easy access from I-65. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the grab-and-go breakfast for when we were in a hurry. Despite a couple of minor issues, overall we had a great experience.

Had a great stay over Christmas! Loved the clean and updated rooms. the bed was super comfortable, and having a chaise lounge in the room was a nice touch. the bathroom had a great shower and even a nightlight. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and I especially appreciated having cream in a jug for my coffee.

The only downside was that the hotel was under renovation, but it didn't affect our stay too much. the hallways were still clean, and the noise wasn't too bothersome.

Started our New Year's Eve in style with a hotel that offered two complementary drinks and a delicious dessert. the location was excellent, being close to several restaurants and shops. the room was comfortable with everything we needed, including a great view of the city skyline.

The experience was marred by the noise levels. There was a lot of noise coming from the street, making it difficult to sleep.
