The best aspect of this hotel was its fantastic location. It was right next to the main transportation center and many restaurants, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms that were well-stocked. Additionally, the staff were polite and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was extremely happy with the convenient location. It was situated right across the train station, making it easy for me to explore Kyoto and indulge in some last-minute holiday shopping at the nearby malls. The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly replacing my misplaced breakfast tickets. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of complimentary bottles of water. the key location and comfortable rooms, along with the helpful staff, made my Christmas stay enjoyable.

The only downside to my stay at this hotel was the noisy lobby. At times, it could be quite frantic, especially with the presence of big tour groups.

The room at the New Miyako Hotel was spacious and clean, perfect for our family with children. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing extra pillows when we requested them. We were delighted to receive a sweet card and special recognition for our honeymoon. The proximity to Kyoto Station and its shops and restaurants, as well as Aeon Mall, was excellent. We also enjoyed the great souvenir shop on the lower floor.

Although the reception area can be busy, the staff were efficient and friendly, making us feel welcome. Our room amenities including heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi made our stay even more pleasant. We especially appreciated the free toiletries and tea and coffee facilities in the room.
