The breakfast included a variety of hot and cold items, just what we needed to start our day. The heated indoor pool was a nice bonus, and we enjoyed taking a dip after a long day. The hotel's location was convenient to Yale, where our daughter attended a camp, and the nearby commuter train made it easy for us to take a side trip to NYC. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and attentive staff.

The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and uninterested in providing good customer service. the room heating was inconsistent, with hot air blowing until it became too hot, then shutting off, leaving the room too cold before the heat would come back on.
