Clean room, friendly staff, the indoor pool provided a refreshing way to unwind after exploring the area, and the breakfast options included delightful smoothies that were a hit with my family.

The hotel was conveniently located near major stores, restaurants, and fast food options, making it easy to grab meals and essentials. We appreciated being close to the Yale West Haven hospital, especially since we were on a red-eye flight followed by a rented car drive. The indoor pool was great for relaxing after our busy days, which added to our overall enjoyment.

However, the fridge in our room was barely cold, causing some inconvenience.

The only downside was some noise from nearby traffic.

The rooms need serious maintenance, particularly regarding temperature control and cleanliness!!! Elevators are inconveniently unavailable, and poor service resolution makes addressing problems a hassle!!! The overall impression feels quite dated and needs refreshing!!!

I enjoyed the warm atmosphere and friendly service during my stay. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, and the indoor pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after a long day. Also, Texas Roadhouse next door added convenience for dinner!
