Large, clean rooms and great breakfast options.

I experienced terrible housekeeping service during my stay. Despite assurances from the front desk, my room was only cleaned once, and I had to repeatedly ask for clean towels and toiletries. I was completely unimpressed with the inconsistent service that detracted from the otherwise decent facilities.

during our honeymoon trip, my previous stay in west ocean city was good, but this time at hampton inn exceeded all my expectations. the modern decor and exceptionally clean room, especially the fantastic bathroom setup, really resonated with us. we loved the free breakfast options and friendly staff who made our experience even better.

the chair in my room needed a pillow, how hard is that to manage? and honestly, I expected a little welcome gift for all the 'inconveniences' I suffered. would’ve been nice if I received that special treatment. just couldn’t give a good review, sadly.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. The cleanliness was impressive and I loved that they have a digital key option for convenience. While our experience had some noise disturbances, the location was fantastic, and I appreciated the easy access to parking. Breakfast had its moments, just be sure to get there early!

The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the chocolate chip cookie at check-in and a delightful snack to take with me. A nice touch, indeed!

But, dearie, the USB ports were as useful as a chocolate teapot—never worked! And the late check-out? Let’s just say it vanished faster than my patience!

Loved the peaceful vibe here. The room was super clean, nice comfy beds, and brekkie was pretty good too! Just a hop to the beach and restaurants, no hassle at all. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made everything easier. Lekker stay!

Only downside was the pool—bit chilly, but we managed!

We visited two amusement parks along the pier, and everyone had so much fun! The hotel's location was super convenient for getting around, and parking was a breeze. Make sure to check out the wonderful snack options at the front desk!

I did have some trouble with spotty Wi-Fi during my stay, which made it hard to stream and plan our days smoothly.

The hotel provides a superb pool experience, perfect for families, even in unfavorable weather. Convenient parking is a plus, and I enjoyed the nearby attractions, with plenty of shopping and dining options within easy reach. However, some areas felt in need of updates, and a few cleanliness issues should be addressed.

I particularly enjoyed the delicious chocolate chip cookie upon check-in and the generous bagged breakfasts for our outings. However, some areas could use a refresh, and housekeeping was not always consistent during my stay.
