Our stay at Hampton Inn was excellent. The customer service was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, and the breakfast area was always clean and organized. The hotel itself was immaculate, well-maintained, and had a modern design. The location was convenient, with a shopping center and restaurants nearby.

We had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi during our stay, but the front desk staff promptly addressed it and were very helpful in resolving the problem. They even offered to personally assist us with our laptop to troubleshoot the issue.

Friendly staff, helped us feel welcome. Happy hour and breakfast were pleasant surprises. Clean and convenient breakfast area. Parking was convenient with no charge. Comfortable after a busy day. Breakfast had good variety and coffee was flavorful. Nice pool area and cocktails in the evening were a nice touch. Superb breakfast with great choice of items. Snack bag upon departure was a nice touch. Staff friendly and helpful.

This hotel had the best location for us as it was close to the freeway, and there were stores nearby. We felt safe in this area. Additionally, the breakfast provided was enjoyable, with freshly pressed juices and smoothies. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay very comfortable.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The breakfast staff was amazing, making sure that the food was always hot and refreshed regularly. There was a great variety of food options, and I was thrilled that they didn't charge extra for my four children. It's so hard to find a place that can accommodate a family of six without additional charges. The kids were overjoyed with the free breakfast, and so was I! Additionally, the hotel was clean and comfortable, with a more business-style atmosphere. The staff, especially the manager who ran the nightly manager happy hour, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made sure my kids and I had a great time during our stay.

Nothing to complain about at all. The hotel provided excellent service and there were no drawbacks during my stay.

This hotel is a great find! The staff are wonderful and the location is fantastic. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need for a great stay. Plus, the breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options to suit everyone's taste.

As young travelers, we loved the friendly staff and the Manager's Reception with delicious snacks. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of plug-ins for our devices. The A/C worked well in the hot weather. The breakfast was superb, with a great selection of hot and cold items, and a variety of coffees and teas. We also appreciated the snack bag upon departure.

We felt so well taken care of, no complaints.

the breakfast was well stocked and presented, with fresh fruit that was truly fresh. the breakfast area was bright and sunny, making it a pleasant place to start the day. In the room, the bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging our electronics. the Wi-Fi was also very dependable. We were impressed with the accommodations and the attentive staff, who even printed out a map for us to get to the theater easily. We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to see shows at the theater.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Palm Desert for a week-long vacation. The room was immaculate and cozy, with all the amenities I needed. Location-wise, it was incredibly convenient, being just off the freeway and only a short drive from everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even accommodated my request to have two rooms close to each other. The complementary wine and appetizers were a nice touch, as were the delicious cookies in the lobby. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely book here again.

Unexpectedly sweet birthday surprise! Upon checking in for my birthday weekend, I was greeted with a Happy Birthday wish from the front desk clerk. To my delight, when I entered my room, there was a personalized letter from the General Manager, along with a bag of Lindor Chocolates. Such a thoughtful gesture! The beds were comfortable, linens were fresh, and the hotel was quiet. The free breakfast was terrific with plenty of options to choose from. I had a great stay at Hampton Inn and would recommend it to others.

The breakfast area could be cleaner and better stocked, but the food was good. the outside area, including the pool, was clean and well-maintained. the hotel is conveniently located near the freeway and has several dining options nearby. the staff, for the most part, was friendly and accommodating.

The front desk staff could improve their customer service skills. They failed to decorate a room for a bride and groom as promised, and when checking out, they were more focused on their phone call than acknowledging guests.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, including the manager, were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The value for money was great, and I found the prices to be reasonable, especially considering the convenient location surrounded by many restaurants in the valley. The attention to detail was noticeable, with comfortable rooms featuring separate bedrooms and living areas, complete with comfortable mattresses. I also appreciated the easy access to all the local sights, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The breakfast offered a variety of selections, and I particularly enjoyed the included peppermint Coffeemate cream.

Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located in close proximity to key attractions and had excellent services and amenities.

The bed in our room was too firm for our liking. Additionally, the noise from the hallway was a bit bothersome at times.
